The client quote is ready. Does the leaflet sound like your practice?
The client has approved the quote. The leaflet, social card and perhaps a short email about the service are still waiting. For a small accountancy practice, the hard part is often finding time to make each piece look and sound like you.
The design job hides in the gaps
A client conversation ends, and someone still has to find the latest logo, recall the practice’s preferred wording and adapt the quote for a leaflet. Then there’s a smaller version for social. When this work gets squeezed between client deadlines, it can sit unfinished until things quieten down.
Even a simple design takes someone away from other work. The owner or a colleague has to gather the right details, switch tasks and check that the copy reflects the practice. Those hours come out of an already full workload.
There’s pressure elsewhere in the trade, too. A UK survey of 100 accountancy and financial services leaders, mostly sole traders or micro firms, found that GoCardless reported 40% spent over an hour each week chasing overdue invoices. Small practices have good reason to avoid turning every piece of client-facing work into another job for the owner.
Keep the practice’s voice with the work
WorkMate OS includes named copy and design teammates, alongside inbox, bookings and accounts. They share one Brain, where the practice can store its brand voice, tone and banned words. A preference or correction shared once can inform later work across the crew.
For a leaflet, the owner provides the approved service details and client quote. The crew prepares a draft using the stored brand kit, then can adapt it into a social card or supporting copy. The owner reviews everything before it is sent or published. Outward-facing work follows draft, review and send.

The practice doesn’t have to explain its tone from scratch for every new item. If the wording misses the mark, the owner can share a correction through the Brain for the crew to use in later sessions.
The owner keeps the final say
Design help only works when the result is accurate and recognisable. Before approval, the owner checks the figures, claims, contact details and wording. The activity log records what ran, when and what it produced, so the practice can see what happened.

This is the same kind of repeated content work covered in the accountancy leaflet that needs to sound like you. Each new draft can start with the knowledge your practice has already shared.

What changes for a small practice?
You don’t need to configure an AI design tool or set up a workflow. The copy and design jobs are part of the WorkMate OS crew you would be buying. Keep your approved brand details and service information clear, then review each draft before it reaches a client.
You stay in control of what the practice says, with less repeated setup around a quote, leaflet or social card. The design still needs your judgement. It can start with a draft instead of a blank page.
