The event quote is approved. The leaflet still needs your brand.

The client has agreed the wedding package. The quote, leaflet and social card still need to sound and look like your business. That work can fill the gap between events.

There is work beyond the event

Planning means making a lot of details clear and reassuring. The couple needs to know what is included. Their venue or suppliers may need a version of their own. Meanwhile, the next enquiry is waiting while you finish the materials for this event.

In Easy Weddings’ 2023 Survey, Australian wedding businesses reported an average of 31 hours preparing for each wedding, in addition to the event day. That figure is from Australia, not a UK estimate. It gives a sense of how much preparation can sit behind the event people see.

Some of those hours go on design and communication. Starting every quote, leaflet and post from scratch means making the same decisions about layout, wording and tone again. Separate tools or people can help with individual pieces, but you still have to carry the event details and brand rules between them.

Keep your brand guidance together

WorkMate OS has a crew of named AI teammates, including a design mate, and one shared Brain. Your brand kit stores your voice, tone and banned words, giving the design work the same guidance each time. Correct the crew once and the other mates can use that shared memory, too.

You can ask for a draft quote, matching leaflet and social card from the same event details and brand guidance. Then you review the wording and design before anything goes to a couple or gets posted. WorkMate’s process for outward-facing work is draft, review, send. The owner approves the final step.

Check the details before sending

Event materials make promises. Check dates, inclusions, prices and venue details against the agreed package. A polished layout cannot verify them for you. The crew prepares the work; you decide what represents your business and what reaches the client.

When an event detail changes, the shared Brain gives the crew one place to retain the correction between sessions. Your review can catch anything that still needs your judgement. You can also see an activity log showing what ran, when and what it produced.

Fit the work into your week

If recent news about AI design tools has left you wondering which one to learn, you can set that question aside for this job. WorkMate OS already includes the design mate and shared brand kit. Give the crew the event brief, review the drafts and approve what goes out.

This can reduce repeated setup around each event while leaving you in charge of client communication. For another view of brand consistency, see how one studio keeps its leaflet sounding like its brand, or how an event quote can use a stored brand kit.
